Just tested what I blogged below.
Wow. Using Yahoo you can sync your cell phone address book to Yahoo AND sync Yahoo Calender to your cell. This is really powerful.
I use Yahoo Calender as my primary calendar. It can send reminders of appointments at times I specify to email or my cell.
Now I can sync everything. More than Google, more than Microsoft, more than almost anyone else, Yahoo really gets wireless.

How to setup Yahoo calendar to sync with Google automatically?
Is there a way to sync bi-directional with Outlook 2007?
Look forward to your advise.
Best,
Sanjay

Yahoo unfortunately recently stopped their cell phone to address book/calendar sync.
Don’t know of any way to sync to Outlook or Google.

Yahoo stopped their cell phone sync?
Can you give more details please?
They just went to version 2, didn’t they? Yahoo’s AutoSync.
(Intellisync for Yahoo! is the old version.)
Oh, it seems like it’s only for Palm and Pocket PC devices.
(I’m guessing smartphone as well.)

What about the “Yahoo Go” service?
Can’t that be used to access your contacts and calendar?

I know there is a way to sync Google and your cell phone,
but I use Yahoo. So these won’t help me.

Should I just switch to Google?
It just looks like there’s more tools available.
Thanks,
Kevin

Yahoo sent me an email a few weeks back saying the sync to cell would be discontinued, with no explanation, so I assumed it was.
I use Google products primarily now and will check out the sync links you mentioned. Thanks!

I use the Telstra JasJam for work and use it to sync with Outlook 2007 – its really great and very easy to use. Curious, which phones have the yahoo sync?

Yahoo no longer has the sync. However iPhones automatically sync via iTunes with many email services. I sync my iPhone with my GMail contacts.
