The backdated options scandal

Lots of tech companies were involved in this, some execs are already facing criminal charges, and many companies will be forced to “restate” their income. Why? Because the company offered fraudulent stock options that were backdated.

Those involved include Apple, who has said Steve Jobs received one of the option grants.
