The shutdown problem appears to happen in about 10% of the computers. Now there may be a startup problem too. Not to mention lots of other things wrong with them too.
Oh, and never piss off a 12 year old…
I’d like to get a Macbook, but all these problems seem daunting. My PCs never have such problems, and between my wife and I, we have two desktops and 2 notebooks.
Apple’s PR on this has been abysmal, which leads me to believe they don’t know what’s wrong or how to fix it so they’re stonewalling.
