Pixer.us has an easy to use Web 2.0 interface that allows easy editing and manipulating of images. A lot of times, I just want to tweak an image before uploading it to a blog, so Photoshop, however powerful, is overkill.

Pixer will resize, crop, and you can play with color, brightness, etc., as well as add effects. And it’s completely free.
