I also have a REALLY bad answers from Belkin (apparently in India) concerning the “cannot connect to firmware information server. . . ” which my Belkin F5D7230-4 v8000 gives me as an error message when it tries to auto-check for firmware updates. Both internet support and phone support did NOT understand the problem OR know if the firmware server was working. Great product – rotton (foreign) tech support.
