Alice was rescued from a pound just before she was to be put down. She had probably been a breeder dog and in a cage her entire life. She’d clearly never been petted and flinched when you reached towards her. After a bit, she went on her first walk on a leash. She looks a little apprehensive here. But within two weeks she discovered that she was, in fact, a dog and started to love going on walks.
She is now in her forever home, with a woman who adores her and takes her everywhere.
