Rising gas prices affects spending

Bloomberg mentions the “R” word

They mentioned it several times today too, with a number of interviewees saying we are headed for a recession. This signifies quite a change, even from just a week or two ago, when things were fine fine, thanks for asking, and by the way, the current dip in prices must be a swell buying opportunity, right?
